Spectrum has made a difference in my ability to embrace challenges that can be disruptive in life. After attending my first workshop, it was apparent I could use this program to assist me in teaching others about relationships and understanding behavior. Because of the overwhelming results, I felt a need to take additional modules and became a certified trainer. The workshops break down barriers many people have which reduce their ability to communicate. In my opinion communication is a process of understanding you and others. With this knowledge I have become more productive in helping individuals to enhance their interpersonal skills and value differences.

My presentations for the State Department of Correction, State Department of Education, Sorority Regional Conference and Conference of Churches have received extremely high evaluations. My staff has taken the workshop to bring about the cohesiveness needed to work together as a team and to value each other for what they bring to the program.

Dr. Marla G. Sanchez you are to be commended as the founder of such a powerful program. Many lives will be changed as they encounter Spectrum.
