Dear Dr. Sanchez:

Just wanted to say thank you so very much for the terrific seminar you conducted for The Trust Company of Oklahoma. I recently (last month) completed 30 hours of training through an O.U. leadership class (held on two consecutive weekends, which involved classes on Fri, Sat, and Sun), so couldn’t help but be curious about what you could present to us in one day. Was I ever pleased! Your Awareness presentation was thorough, but was brief enough that we didn’t feel drained at its completion.

We were introduced to the DISC system at the O.U. seminar. This system was well presented, but your color system is, quite frankly, my favorite. Also, with the perspective you took, I feel there is room for me to evolve into a “better me.” You helped us realize that we are really on a “journey” through life, and though we have certain preferences (for many reasons), once we are aware of our strengths, we are freed to also look at our weaknesses…and strengthen those areas that will make us more effective people.

Thanks for the motivation…and for helping me better understand why my co-workers and I interact as we do.
