Dr.
Sanchez:
Thank
you for your commitment to excellence and
your dedication to the Department of Human
Services (DHS) organizational development
initiatives.
As
you know Spectrum Development is central to
the Center for Professional Development
organization development projects. During the initial phases of all
organizational project, CPD Human Resources
Consultants schedule and/or facilitate
Spectrum Development Awareness, Personal
Development, and the Team Building
workshops for all worksite staff. To further thread Spectrum
Development philosophy and concept into the
work site, managers and supervisors
participate in the Manager-Employee
Relations workshop.
The
Spectrum Development Awareness, Personal
Development, Team Building, and Manager-Employee
Relations workshops serve as the
foundation for communication skills, team
building, workplace relationships,
leadership skills and valuing workplace
diversity. They provide a common language and
interpersonal skills that enable
participants to establish closer
relationships within the office which in
turn creates an atmosphere for success in
meeting agency goals.
The
Spectrum Development philosophy and skills
are key to all facets of organizational and
developmental projects. Workplace organizational development
projects modeled on Spectrum Development
concepts have received the Quality Awards by
the Governor’s Council, experienced
reduction in error rates, reduced time
between applications and certification of
services and employee commitment to their
jobs and the agency. Spectrum concepts have enhanced
employee morale, work flow, productivity,
and clients services.
It
is with great confidence that I express my
gratitude for the “gifts” that Spectrum
Development philosophy and concepts have
brought to our agency.
Respectfully,
Georgette
Clark, Programs Manager
