To Whom It May Concern:
The Organization
Development Branch is a small part of a
large, engineering-focused government
agency- the Oklahoma Department of
Transportation. Our Branch mission within the agency
is to be a resource to management and staff
of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation
(ODOT) for culture change and systems
improvement. When appropriate, we use training as
an intervention, to move ODOT toward our
shared vision for the future. Because Spectrum addresses a number
of elements with the vision, we have
certified four trainers in Spectrum
Temperament Development.
In the fall of 1999, we
implemented a Spectrum Temperament
Development program, offering the Awareness
and Development Workshops to entire work
units.
To date we have offered the program
to over 100 ODOT employees. The response has been terrific.
Enough employees have
been trained that we will soon be offering
the Manager/Employee Relations Module and
the Team Building Module.
We can heartily
recommend this program to any government
agency, small company or large corporation
interested in improving the culture of their
organization.
