Meet the National Certification Trainer

	Dr. Marla G. Sanchez is the founder and CEO of Spectrum Temperament Development, Inc., and has developed the Spectrum Model over the last decade. She holds a Doctorate in Family Relations and Child Development, a Masters in Human Relations, a Bachelor of Social Work, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Sanchez serves as an organizational development consultant and trainer to businesses, organizations, and educational
institutions. She is the author and co-author of numerous training curriculums and associated materials. Her work also involves lecturing and training on the subjects of interpersonal dynamics, personality styles, human sexuality, and family life education. Dr. Sanchez resides in Tulsa, OK with her husband and two children.
