Introvert
I
think to myself, and I ponder and
rehearse thoughts in my head before I
say them out-loud. I prefer solitude
or one-on-one activities over group
activities. I can
be sociable, but I am very selective
in what I reveal about myself.
Interacting with people drains me of
energy and I need alone time to
re-energize. I may appear quiet,
reflective and reserved. I need
emotional, physical and mental space.
I prefer fewer close relationships to
many casual ones.

Extrovert
I
think out-loud and talk things through
as I'm thinking them through. When I'm
thinking, I'm talking, and when I'm
listening, I'm talking. I am sociable,
outgoing and like to be with people. I
am very approachable and feel at ease
striking up a conversation with
someone I just met. I become energized
when I am with others. The more
interaction I have, the better. Too much
time by myself drains me
of energy.
