Phase
I:
Application
to
Program
Participation
in
the
Spectrum
Development
Entrepreneurial
Training
Program
is
determined
through
an
application
and
screening
process.
The
following
steps
must
be
completed:
1.
Complete
an
Entrepreneurial
Training
Program
application,
2.
Submit
application
and
resume
to
the
National
Training
Director,
and
3.
Participate
in
an
interview
with
the
National
Training
Director.
Phase
II:
Foundation
Training
(training
schedule)
Complete
a
3-day
Spectrum
Development
Foundation
Training.
This
training
is
a
prerequisite
for
all
other
Spectrum
Development
certification
training
modules.
Using
experiential
activities,
discussions
and
lecture,
participants
gain
a
conceptual
and
practical
understanding
of
the
Spectrum
Temperament
Development
Model.
Additionally,
participants
are
taught
effective
facilitation
skills
for
conducting
Awareness
workshops
and
Personal
Development
workshops.
The
Awareness
workshop
focuses
on:
-
Identifying
your
Full
Color
Spectrum;
-
Understanding
the
joys,
values,
and
stressors
of
each
color
group;
-
Recognizing
the
innate
strengths
and
challenges
of
each
color
group;
-
Gaining
an
appreciation
for
self
and
others;
and
-
Building
self-confidence,
dignity,
respect,
and
worthiness
in
self
and
others.
The
Personal
Development
workshop
focuses
on:
-
Identifying
the
current
development
of
your
Full
Color
Spectrum;
-
Acknowledging
your
untapped
potential
within
your
Full
Color
Spectrum;
and
-
Developing
your
personal
Full
Color
Spectrum.
Upon
receiving
a
recommendation
from
the
Certification
Trainer,
participants
can
proceed
to
the
two-day
specialized
training
which
focuses
on:
Phase
IV:
Personalized
Support
Plan
At
the
conclusion
of
the
two-day
specialized
training,
the
participant
and
the
National
Training
Director
will
assess
and
determine
an
applicable
personalized
support
plan
to
ensure
knowledge
and
skill
competency.
The
plan
must
be
successfully
completed
in
order
for
the
participant
to
be
recognized
as
a
certified
Entrepreneurial
Training.
Phase
V:
Entrepreneurial
Trainer
Agreement
After
successfully
completing
the
Entrepreneurial
Training
Program,
each
participant
is
provided
an
Entrepreneurial
Trainer
Agreement.
This
Agreement
acknowledges
him/her
as
a
certified
Entrepreneurial
Trainer
who
is
authorized
to
market
and
deliver
Awareness
and
Personal
Development
workshops
in
conjunction
with
and/or
on
behalf
of
Spectrum
Temperament
Development,
Inc.
Certified
trainers
are
required
to
purchase
and
utilize
age
appropriate
materials
for
each
participant
attending
their
workshops.
Materials
are
not
to
be
shared
or
reused.
Phase
VI:
Monitoring
&
Support
Spectrum
Development
is
committed
to
supporting
the
quality
and
success
of
their
certified
Entrepreneurial
Trainers.
To
assist
in
this
process,
certified
trainers
must:

Certification
Renewal
(training
schedule)
The
Spectrum
Development
Entrepreneurial
Trainer
Agreement
is
valid
for
24
months
from
the
date
of
completing
the
training.
Agreements
can
be
renewed
annually
by
attending
an
additional
Spectrum
Development
certification
training
module
or
by
attending
a
one-day
Spectrum
Development
Trainer
Forum.
Phase
VIII
(Optional):
Application
Modules
(training
schedule)
Certified
Entrepreneurial
Trainers
are
eligible
to
become
certified
in
modules
focusing
on
specific
applications
to
business,
education,
community,
and
family.
Completion
of
a
certification
module
qualifies
trainers
to
market
and
deliver
the
respective
module.
The
