I am writing this letter in support and appreciation of Spectrum Development Inc.  Within the last two years I have presented a numerous amount of workshops throughout the state of Kansas, targeting highly upon Junior Colleges. During the last two years at Cowley College I have had the opportunity to share with oncoming freshman students “Spectrum Development.” The biggest highlight of Spectrum Development is that it helps the students to have a better understanding of themselves therefore, allowing them to have better relationships with their roommates, professors and parents. The feedback from the students has been incredible.

Spectrum Development has also allowed the potential for growth in administration, faculty and staff at the Junior College Level. I am currently working with Barton Community College and Cowley College in developing the whole concept of “Spectrum Development” throughout both institutions. Cowley and Barton have made it mandatory that all employees attend the three hour Awareness Workshop.  The workshop itself identifies the temperaments within each individual and the philosophy that people have the potential to learn and develop the remaining temperaments and interaction style, thereby enabling them to become more integrated and balanced individuals.

The follow up sessions are directed at individualized Departments: Collaborative work teams, positive conflict resolution and effective classroom management and discipline are the key topics that have been highly effective. Spectrum Development has given Barton County Community College and Cowley College the tools to bring their institution to a higher Level of excellence.
